Richard is a very approachable guy, and willing to try his best to make a deal happen. I’ve done a trade on a NIB Stern with him, as well as bought some parts from him since he’s local to me. Whenever I visit the shop, I get to try out other games, and it never seems to bother Richard that I take my time. An asset to the pinball community!
